HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM CHALKBOARD?
Simply by contacting me! Click on the CONTACT link in menu bar & fill out the required information & any additional information that you are thinking about or would like to provide. I will respond to your email within 48 hours & we can continue to talk about what you need for your upcoming event, wedding or party.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I REACH OUT TO BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
I recommend reaching out 2-3 months in advance. This gives us plenty of time to work out details for your project, get sketches to you & finalize everything before the date due. I realize that some of you may not have that much time or didn't realize the time frame, and that is OKAY! Please reach out anyway, as I am happy to accommodate if my schedule permits.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
I require 50% deposit that is NON-REFUNDABLE.
DO YOU SHIP?
Yes, I can ship smaller boards & paper goods to you. Shipping prices will vary depending on size, shipping materials needed & location. Please contact me if you are located outside of the Seattle area & would like to order something from CHALK BOSS.
